Global Affiliate Partners are individuals or organizations who partners with the academy to promote the academy’s programs, online courses, products and services in exchange for a value, either monetary or non-monetary.
As a Global Affiliate Partner, you will need to have a perfect understanding of the value that the academy’s programs can offer to learners.
While you introduce the academy program to potential students hence, you will be sharing in the profits made from student’s enrollments, susbscription, or paid programs, products or services.
What Affiliates Do: Affiliates will be opportune to promote their own program/service or the academy’s programs, products and services through various marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, blog posts, and word-of-mouth referrals.
By promoting academy programs, Affiliates succeeds in reaching more learners with the impacful educational and overseas exchange programs at the academy.
In turn, affiliates make a earning, get commissions or bonuses, or share in the profit by the academy on successful student referrals.
Role Description
Global Business Partners are business-oriented individuals OR registered organization or business owner with or without existing products and services that aligns with the academy’s goals, objectives, mission and vision.
They are business oriented, entrepreneural minded and social impact changemakers who either have an aspriation to start or grow a business, or are already managing their own business or projects.
Global Business Partners can aspire to sit on any of the academies’ board either as a trustee, co-founder, or global consultant.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop joint products, services or programs with any of the academies.
- Promote the academy’s programs and services through their business networks and contacts
- Promote their own programs and services through their the academy networks and targeted community
- Leverage on the academy’s powerful digital marketing system and strategies to enhance their own brand awareness, improve their global visibility, or monetise their passion for global income.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to the academy on how to improve its programs and services
- Introduce their own programs, products, services which aligns with the academy’s ideology and programs and can benefit and impact the student community, and partner with the academy to launch or promote such.
Role Description
Global Affiliate Directors are individuals with strong leadership history and proven experience in varied management roles or responsibilities.
Global Directors must be able to provide evidence that they have managed a project, led a community or are currently cordinating a community or project with demonstratable success as an individual or leader.
They must also be willing to show a high level of commitment to working and partnering with the academy on a short or long term basis.
Global Affliate Directors are not limited by geographical coverage and can aspire to sit on any of the academies’ board of trustees or aspire to be a co-founder.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage a community of potential academy students and provide guidance and support to help them enroll at the academy to achieve their targets.
- Develop and implement regional or country-specific marketing strategies to promote academy’s programs and services
- Collaborate with the academy to develop new academy programs, products and services that meet the needs of the local and international market.
Role Description
Regional Affiliate Directors are academy’s representatives at different geographical regions within or outside the African continent. e.g East Africa, Europe
Though the leadership role of Regional Affliate are limited to their geographical regions they can aspire to sit on the academy’s board of trustees or co-founders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate the affiliate country directors in their region
- Identify and recruit new students within the region
- Develop and implement digital media strategies to promote JapaDemy’s academy programs and services.
- Collaborate with JapaDemy to develop new products and services that meet the needs of their regions.

- Liase with JapaDemy to introduce impactful mentorship and coaching programs as it aligns with JapaDemy’s mission and vision.
- Promote JapaDemy’s mentorship and coaching programs through various marketing channels
- Provide group and one-on-one mentorship and coaching services to learners who sign up for JapaDemy’s paid mentorship and coaching programs.
- Collaborate with JapaDemy to develop new coaching programs that meet the needs of learners.
Role Description
Global Affiliate Instructors are course creators and scholars with digital expertise in creating courses for the academy or promoting their own courses through the academy.
They must be xperts in a particualr area of focus for the academy.
Global Affliate Instructors can also alternate as Global Business Partners and aspire to sit on the academy’s board of trustees or co-founders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liase with JapaDemy to introduce their own self-designed impactful online course and educational program as it aligns with JapaDemy’s mission and vision.
- Promote JapaDemy’s online courses through various marketing channels
- Provide group and one-on-one course interaction sessions as demanded by students who enrolled in the academy’s online courses.
- Encourge learners to sign up for JapaDemy’s online courses and masterclasses.
- Collaborate with JapaDemy to develop new online courses that meet the needs of learners.
Role Description
Global Affiliate Mentors are the most active of the affiliate team members.
They are individuals who are either eastablished and successful as mentors in their own fields or are just starting off on their mentorship career journeys.
Interested mentors will be supported to become internationally certified coaches, can aspire to become directors, or sit on the academy’s board of trustees or co-founders.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Liase with JapaDemy to introduce impactful mentorship and coaching programs as it aligns with JapaDemy’s mission and vision.
- Promote JapaDemy’s mentorship and coaching programs through various marketing channels
- Provide weekly guidance and support to all students enrolled in JapaDemy’s programs and online courses.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to JapaDemy’s students in group sessions or one-on-one programs.
- Share their expertise and experience with students to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.
- Provide constructive feedback and advice to help students overcome challenges and improve their performance.
- Collaborate with JapaDemy’s coaches, course creators and instructors to ensure that students are receiving the support they need to succeed.
- Act as a role model for students and demonstrate leadership and professionalism in all interactions with them.
