Job Description: As the CRM Manager at JapaDemy, you will:
- π― Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- π― Manage customer data, analyzing preferences and behaviors to tailor services and marketing efforts.
- π― Support the sales team with customer-related data and assist in the sales process.
- π― Engage customers through various channels, keeping them informed about products, promotions, and updates.
- π― Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience and loyalty retention.
- π― Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
- π― Collect feedback to understand customer opinions and areas for improvement.
- π― Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate customer information management.
- π― Implement strategies to retain existing customers and reduce churn rates
- π― Build customer advocates who promote the brand through positive word-of-mouth.
Person Specification:
- π― Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role.
- π― Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- π― Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
- π― Ability to strategize and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
- π― Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
Preferred Candidates:
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise and experience in the use of CRM tools and preferably with a background in EdTech (not compulsory) or related fields or those who have experience working in multicultural environments.
