We are looking for a qualified and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to oversee our customer interaction strategies and maintain positive customer experiences.
As our CRM Manager, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer experience, driving customer loyalty, and contributing to our growth and success.
Job Description: As the CRM Manager at JapaDemy, you will:
- 🎯 Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- 🎯 Manage customer data, analyzing preferences and behaviors to tailor services and marketing efforts.
- 🎯 Support the sales team with customer-related data and assist in the sales process.
- 🎯 Engage customers through various channels, keeping them informed about products, promotions, and updates.
- 🎯 Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive experience and loyalty retention.
- 🎯 Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on customer needs.
- 🎯 Collect feedback to understand customer opinions and areas for improvement.
- 🎯 Maintain and update the CRM system for accurate customer information management.
- 🎯 Implement strategies to retain existing customers and reduce churn rates
- 🎯 Build customer advocates who promote the brand through positive word-of-mouth.
Person Specification:
- 🎯 Proven experience as a Customer Relationship Manager or a similar role.
- 🎯 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🎯 Strong understanding of CRM systems and data analysis.
- 🎯 Ability to strategize and implement customer retention and loyalty programs.
- 🎯 Passionate about providing outstanding customer experiences.
Preferred Candidates:
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise and experience in the use of CRM tools and preferably with a background in EdTech (not compulsory) or related fields or those who have experience working in multicultural environments.
